"It was my birthday Nov 29th my best friend of 40 years booked a room with a hot tub thru a number she called, when we arrived the booking was messed up. Was given a room with no hot tub , the manager I think his name was kamil was very calm and understanding of the situation, we called choice customer service and with no help. He fixed the issue in house and I had a wonderful birthday at the comfort suites Merrillville. Please be advised that booking directly with the hotel is smarter over trying to save a few pennies. Also ask if you are talking directly to your hotel or if this is the phone number to that hotels address."
