"Gary is a fantastic host. We booked the library/wedding suite for one night and it was incredible. There is a private sitting room and the biggest bathtub I have ever seen. makes a lot of his own treats, keeps a stocked mini fridge with drinks, and makes the breakfast fresh each morning. Gary was friendly and incredibly accommodating. I sometimes feel awkward in B&B’s, but I felt right at home because Gary was such a gracious and thoughtful host. There were even things I forgot (like the wall portion of my outlet and a makeup wipe) that were thoughtfully provided in room. It is a beautiful, romantic, convenient spot in Indy and I’m sure we’ll be back! The location is in the heart of downtown, so being able to park here and Uber cheaply was a HUGE bonus. I planned to stay in a hotel, but we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and everything I saw felt a bit corporate. The small touches here really raise it above the rest!"

View on Google"We were going to stay at a downtown hotel, but instead decided to spend a couple of nights at a B&B instead. It was a great decision. This facility is convenient to all areas of town. It's quiet, rooms were clean, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Snacks and beverages available 24-7 in abundance and there's an extraordinary selection of DVDs and VHS tapes (remember those?) and players in each room for viewing. Parking is free and convenient. Decor is Victorian and a if you don't like that style you might feel it's a bit over the top. But if that's a negative, it's the only negative from my perspective."
