What Guests Are Saying

“Upon arrival I checked in with Twyla who greeted me with a professional demeanor and handled my check-in with a smile. Her smile was soon tested and replaced by professional patience and problem solving. The TV in my original room had problems with the control box. The handyman was quickly dispatched to my room. Batteries were replaced but as soon as the handyman left another problem with a flickering screen and sound issues appeared. I returned to the front desk to report the new problem. Twyla dispatched the repairman again but the problem couldn’t be resolved. Twyla quickly changed my room to one with a working TV. This was not easy as it was Indy 500 weekend with a scarcity of rooms. But her quick action solved my problem and bought time for the defective tv to be fixed prior to the arrival of incoming guest the next day. Twyla is an excellent employee who made the correct decision and displayed exemplary customer service. I hope you can acknowledge what an outstanding employee Twyla is for your hotel!!! Sincerely Bill Fox Novato, California” — Bill F., 5 stars

“We had a wonderful experience being in this hotel. Their shuttle service from airport to hotel and hotel to airport is very helpful. Laura- the receptionist was also very wonderful . She took very nice care of us. We reached late in the night and immediately she checked us in as she knew we were tired. She gave us water and made sure we are well taken care as I went there with my mom who had knee surgery done. Laura proved that you only need few kind words to customers to make them feel comfortable. Thanks Laura” — Ish K., 5 stars

“We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis W - Airport Area on Memorial Day weekend for the Indy 500. The hotel was lovely and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very nice and included a pancake machine, which turned out reasonable pancakes! What really made this visit special was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!” — WinTree, 5 stars

"Great place! Recently remodeled. Nice rooms. My husband and I really like how there is no carpet in the room. Definitely feel clean. Nice 24 hour shuttle from airport. I'm especially thankful for the front desk employee named Laura. She was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and thoughtful. We had a flight delay and didn't get to the hotel until 3am. I was hurting from all of the traveling and because I am pregnant. Laura was so compassionate and empathetic. She made sure I had water and we had all the linens we needed. She helped load the luggage cart since I shouldn't lift any more than I had already been doing. It was a very difficult night, and she definitely made it better. I am very thankful for her! I definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return if we ever need a hotel in Indy again!"

"Staff was great and very helpful. We had a great stay in this clean hotel. Rooms are great size. Could hear a lot in the halls from the gap under the room door. Pool was nice but there is not hot tub. The pics look like a hot tub but it is not. The park and fly was amazing but be sure to park your vehicle close to Holiday Inn front door. The driver to the airport was wonderful. NOTE: The Motel 6 next to this hotel is skechy."

"Good experience very clean rooms The lobbyist fully remodeled as is the breakfast area decent continental breakfast very nice lady check this in late at night 11:30 unfortunately the elevator was broken in the morning so we had to walk down for flights of stairs with my handicap wife so that was a lot of fun otherwise this day was really good. Booked it on traveluro, saved about $50 a night."
