Baymont By Wyndham Indianapolis
"The 4.0 south-east Wyndham value — pool and 'Hot tub!!! As advertised!' per a recent 5-star."
About The Hotel
Baymont By Wyndham Indianapolis is a 4.0-rated (1,086 reviews) most-reviewed south-east value pick at 1540 Brookville Crossing Way. Subratings run 4.1–4.2 across the board (cleanliness 4.2, location 4.2, service 4.2). Amenities include a pool, free breakfast, fitness center, patio and kids-stay-free. A recent 5-star called it a perfect stay with ‘Hot tub!!! As advertised!’ — a positive hot tub confirmation. Candid recent flags: a traveling-nurse 2-star with two daughters and a dog reported an experience like nothing they’ve had before, citing poor customer service. Pool-and-hot-tub Wyndham value pick rather than an in-room-jacuzzi property.
What Guests Are Saying
“Really enjoyed my 1 night stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and quiet. The bed was excellent - great sleep. The staff was professional and welcoming. The breakfast was good - not a ton of options, but what was offered was top notch. A couple of tiny things that, if fixed, would have made the stay perfect. First off, the Wi-Fi was out and no employee seemed to be concerned about that - “It happens from time to time” was the response. Said that sometimes it comes back - never did. For a hotel this size (40+ rooms) there was only one luggage cart. Needless to say, it was unavailable when leaving in the morning. That should be an easy fix - get a couple more. Lastly, only 1 ice machine in the whole place. Again - no ice in the morning. That, too, is an easy fix. Other than those tiny, inconvenient but not soul-killing, I highly recommend one stay at this hotel if they are looking for a comfortable stay in the area.” — SeattleBeachcomber, 5 stars
“Other than some noisy guests slamming doors and shouting in the hallway in the middle of the night (Saturday night) the stay was excellent. The pool, breakfast, and room are all great, and even the water pressure in the shower is good!” — Lynda E., 5 stars
“Clean rooms, very warm and cozy, clean pool area and breakfast room! Ease of reservation and check in and out process. Pet friendly the only thing that would make that even better would be a fenced in dog park area..” — Trish O., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Baymont By Wyndham Indianapolis.
"Stayed here during a stressful time and really appreciated how comfortable and safe it felt. The room was clean, the staff was kind and respectful, and everything was quiet and well-kept. I especially liked that I felt secure here as a solo guest. The pool area also looked very nice, even though I didn’t get a chance to use it. Overall, a solid, reassuring stay and I’d choose this location again."

I had a room with a hottub but didn't use it. This place does have a pool. I enjoyed hearing kids laughing in the hallway as they were coming and going being able to enjoy themselves and be kids as well."

It isn't like the hostile work environment we have at my hotel. If it wasn't so far from my home I would have applied!! I have stayed here before the hotel is clean, the pool area is nice, and they have breakfast. I wasn't there for breakfast since I only came to decorate with someone who would be staying there, I can't speak to it. However it was amazing to feel the good energy inside of the place. I'd stay here again!"
