“We had a clean, neat ADA unit. Appliances all relatively new. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but that did not affect the quality of our stay. We had a major problem when we discovered, on day 5 of our 7 days stay, that our HVAC unit was locked into heat mode and couldn’t be turned off! The resort staff had maintenance here within an hour. They quickly decided that they needed to call their HVAC service. These folks arrived shortly and realized that there would be safety issues if they attempted to correct the problem. Resort quickly offered another unit, but we decided that we would stay where we were. Outside temps were mild and the unit had a fireplace along with a heater provided by the office, in case the weather turned cold before we left. We had to use neither of these and the temps in the remained quite comfortable. All in all, we had a great stay, and the staff could not have been better!” — lyonsdenii, 5 stars

“The facility was pleasant, though the interior showed a touch of wear. Our unit was very clean and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. The employees were exceptionally helpful, and a wonderful perk was access to the pool and gym at the French Lick Resort. We especially enjoyed the daily firelog, which made it simple to cozy up by the fireplace and unwind. “The location is beautiful. The Villas are on the side of a hill. The two towns of French Lick and West Baden are built on a lot of history. If you like the outdoors, there is plenty to do. The two resorts were fun to explore. The villa was clean and well taken care of. We could tell that ours was recently renovated.
