“Exceptional Place, Great Service and Excellent Value is what comes to mind while staying at this property. The staff is exceptional and we began our experience with Ophelia as the Driver from the Airport. If you want to know about why you should move to Fort Wayne and the positives, she is the guide. SHE was warm and inviting. Next Jennifer initiated our Check-In and wonderfully welcomed us. She was efficient and easily shared some important details for our stay. EVEN the morning of our breakfast she made them aware of who we were and got us seated. The Breakfast which is 20.00 and open to the public is all you can eat. Fresh. Fruit, Cooked to order Omelettes, Biscuits and Gravy, Bacon and freshly baked Croissants. AnniMae and another gentleman was very attentive too. Kailey the Housekeepers was amazing too. She gave us a quick fresher to our room and double checked it, in case we needed anything. Lareesha was helpful too. Ashley was very engaging and alert and caught colluding with Jennifer in sharing exceptional service with guests. Friday check-Ins were feeling calm and easy with them working together. They addressed concerns to help extend their hospitality to all they engaged. We just loved the entire experience and still have time left. The location is great too and property has many amenities to keep you safe and comfortable. This place is a winner Baby. By the way the chef and her staff were wonderful too. “We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. The location is convenient, within easy walking distance to downtown sites and restaurants. There is a restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby, so you have options onsite if you prefer not to leave. There is plenty of parking in the parking garage across the street, which connects to the hotel via an enclosed pedestrian bridge on the second floor. The hotel is also connected to the convention center. There’s a small but decent fitness center.” — ERFSU82, 5 stars

“This Convention center hotel was very nice. We went here for a dart tournament and I would stay here again. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was close and there was tons of things to do within walking distance. Huge place for conferences tons of different rooms all over the place.” — L B., 5 stars
