What Guests Are Saying

“We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort, style and location.. The interior design is very stylish. The roam and bathroom are clean, and large. The bed was very comfortable. Due to the proximity to downtown, we were able to walk there it was lively.musicians playing their instruments and singing. We ate at the 4th Street restaurant. We shared a roast beef sandwich was toasted and had a mild horseradish sauce, pickles and onions on the side, this sandwich was excellent and the French fries were tasty. The atmosphere was a bar/restaurant with loud music and then FF came the karaoke. This place is definitely for young people to go eat drink beef or friends and listen to loud music. The location was fantastic. It was downtown from our hotel.” — Mary B., 5 stars

“We chose to stay at the Hotel Indigo, Columbus because it’s right downtown and within walking distance to sites and restaurants/bars/ice cream parlor. Parking is free/right behind the hotel. We did use our car sometimes due to the unexpected heat in early summer. BUT the hotel itself is more than convenient. It’s comfortable, cute, clean and has such friendly staff which helps to add to making it a nice place to stay. It was a great choice for us.” — Terry W., 5 stars

“Very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Indigo! Room was spacious, thoughtfully designed and quiet. Restaurants on Washington Street were walkable from the property. Bartender was friendly and provided great service as the only one working on a Friday evening. The public restrooms on the first floor were some of the nicest I’ve encountered in my travels. Tripp the dog was great. He behaves more like a cat.” — log24, 5 stars

"The pool was closed for renovations, but the hotel is very nice. Food was good, too. And the rent a fish thing is hilarious. (You can literally be a pet sitter for a betta fish overnight in your room if you want)"

"Lots of problems with our room, but at least the mattresses are super comfortable. Steven went out of his way to try to get many of our room problems sorted for us. We would stay again despite all of the problems. Steven is fantastic! Every hotel should have a Steven!"
