About The Hotel
Guests really love this Maui resort, ranking it #1 in Kaanapali with a solid 4.4 rating on TripAdvisor. The big draw? Those amazing in-room hot tubs that let you soak with an ocean view. Each suite comes with a private whirlpool where you can unwind after a day of beach adventures.
The hot tubs are seriously the star here. Imagine sliding into warm bubbling water while watching the sunset over the Pacific. Some suites have massive tubs that fit two people easily, with enough jets to massage away all your travel stress. The rooms are spacious, so you’re not cramped while enjoying your personal spa moment.
Beyond the hot tubs, the resort offers great extras like a beachfront location, a pool, and activities for kids. But let’s be real - those in-room Jacuzzis are why people book this place. Whether you’re a couple wanting romance or a traveler needing serious relaxation, these hot tubs deliver. Pro tip: Book an ocean-view suite to get the best hot tub experience with a killer Hawaiian backdrop.

What guests are saying about Outrigger Honua Kai Resort & Spa:
"Gorgeous resort, super kind and helpful staff, and lovely rooms. My group loved our stay here! Valeting our extra car was easy and quick, and the parking garages are nice as well. Most of the pools are pretty shallow so they definitely seemed geared toward families. As a group of all adults, we wished there was a deeper pool, but the amenities were still really nice."

View on Google"This is a combination owner-occupied condo complex, with rooms being placed into a rental pool at the owners choice, with the room then being treated like a hotel room for people booking here. That being said, the entire resort has the feel of a high-end hotel. There is an on-site restaurant, Dukes, that offers a good variety of seafood and "turf" dishes. If you go there, be sure to order the "Hula Pie" dessert, a macadamia-nut ice cream that is very similar to the "mud pie" ice cream desserts offered by other restaurants. We're very happy with our stay here."
