Aston Mahana at Kaanapali

"Stayed here for 5 nights via Costco Travel and it was absolutely fantastic! You cannot beat the view from the oceanfront rooms. We saw turtles, seals (super lucky to see since they are endangered) and dolphins from our balcony. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative is the bathroom in our unit needed an upgrade. I would definitely stay again. Also note for those wanting to do Road to Hana or Haleakalā this hotel is well over an hour from each. We had to leave at 2:30am to do the Haleakalā sunrise. And the start of Road of Hana is about 1.5 hours."

"We didn’t have high expectations when we booked, as the price was reasonable and we thought the building might be a bit older. However, from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A very kind lady with black glasses warmly welcomed us and even offered wine and chocolates. Our 9th-floor corner room was beautifully upgraded, with ocean views in every direction, and we were delighted to receive a spacious two-bedroom suite instead of the one-bedroom we booked. We had an unforgettable 5-day stay and will definitely return to Aston Mahana on our next trip to Maui.

"We have stayed here twice and each time we have LOVED it. Not only is the view to die for, but the staff is just as wonderful.One person who went above and beyond was Fairy, as soon as we got in she greeted us with a smile and made us feel special, upgraded our room and even threw in some goodies for our honeymoon, such a wonderful gesture and much appreciated.Even on check-out, we were running about 30 minutes behind, and they had absolutely no issue. In fact, they were extremely kind about it. We will be back again, we know what to expect, and know they have very high standards. We can't recommend them enough."
