"While Disney is the Happiest Place on Earth, The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua is the BEST Place on Planet Earth! Our family had planned this Hawaii vacation for over a year with a particular location, resort and level of hospitality, luxury and entertainment we wanted. The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua checked ALL of the boxes. First, you’re greeted with a lei for every member of your family and a refreshing drink. Upon entering your room you’re truly swept away with a feeling of opulence, and attention to detail like no other. Every level of the resort surprises you at every corner/turn. The staff is diabolically friendly, welcoming and makes you feel like family. The restaurant offers many different options for even the pickiest of teenage or toddler guests. The grounds are manicured in such a way that not even a grain of sand is out or place nor a blade of grass. The pools and lounge areas are high quality and truly meant for sitting for hours while you watch your kiddos play in the pool or get a meal delivered directly to your chair. If possible, try every single restaurant, seriously you will say that is the best meal I’ve eaten, until you go to the next restaurant. I cannot say it enough but you have got to stay at this resort. I’m rating this place infinity/10 on every level."

"We were only able to stay one night as we needed a hotel before flying out, but so happy we chose this location. The rooms are a tad dated but also timeless if that makes sense. We loved the greeting and check-in was really smooth. Great view from our balcony and we really enjoyed the property. The staff were extremely friendly."
