Montage Kapalua Bay

"We really loved this place! The rooms were wonderful, the valet parking was super convenient, and they pay attention to details (warm greeting with leis, welcome banana bread and flowers in the room, slippers, they kept track of all the various promotions going on, etc). The rooms were really spacious and the view from our balcony/room was just perfect. We were able to enjoy a few sunsets while chilling out on our balcony. The staff at the concierge were also super helpful! Cane and Canoe was really wonderful too. We actually tend to avoid resort food/restaurants because they often disappoint when compared to local food. We were very glad we tried it though. It was one of the best dinners we had on the island. We really enjoyed breakfast as well. The spa was also top notch. I got the peace within treatment (it was everything I hoped it would be) and then a regular deep tissue (also great). They pay so much attention to every little detail during these massages and it makes a huge difference. They were also really good about making sure none of their products would be an issue for my allergies. The rest of the spa (hydro room, sauna and women's pool) were also really lovely. My biggest regret from the trip was not spending more time there! I also appreciated that the spa pools were very clean. One small issue I did have was that for one of my massages, I showed up 45 mins early in hopes of spending some time in the women's spa area, but check in took so long that day that I didn't have any time to spend enjoying the spa first... If I had to make a couple suggestions it would be to update the bathrooms a little bit. While they were very nice, ours could have really used a jetted tub! The other suggestion would be to make spa check in easier, especially if you've already been once and had the orientation/walk through. Maybe a little pass to show you've got access? Overall, I loved it!"

"Amazing resort with spectacular ocean views, top class luxury residences, delicious food at Cane and Canoe. Daily breakfast at the hotel restaurant was the highlight of our stay- incredible food and incredible service! Scott at the front desk was so helpful. We are definitely coming back."
