"This was our second time staying at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, and it just keeps getting better. On our last trip, we stayed in the Ewa Tower, but this time we checked into the Diamond Head Tower. The room was absolutely amazing. It feels so different from a regular hotel room—having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit is a game-changer, especially for a beach vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with that unmatched Ritz-Carlton luxury. A huge shoutout goes to Tyler, who made our arrival experience seamless. Not only did he handle our check-in effortlessly, but he also took the time to give us a personal tour of the hotel and our room, ensuring we knew how to use all the amenities. He even shared his personal recommendation for the best ice cream in Waikiki (which was spot on!). If you are looking for luxury, convenience, and incredible service, look no further. We will definitely be back!"

View on Google"Excellent stay here. The room was clean and nice. The maids did a great job. The restaurants (while very expensive) do offer some variety. My only complaint would be - turn off the pool waterfalls so we can hear the ocean. Access to Fleming beach was great. All of the staff was nice."
