"We stayed there for 10 days. The hotel staff is very nice if you are nice to them, they will do anything they can to help you. We didn’t have BBQ utensils in our Airbnb, so everyday we would go down and borrow some, always joking and smiling. If you are on vacation, don’t mind the bad comments, it’s Hawaii and you are there for a short time, enjoy. We rented a car and parked on the Ala Wai, if you cannot find parking, just go around again and don’t be afraid to walk a few blocks if it’s far, enjoy the view and the sun. We went out with the car everyday and scheduled our activities with the street cleaning, we never looked for a parking more than 5 minutes, but again we didn’t mind walking 2 or 3 blocks. We used the pool everyday (+++ for the free sunbeds!) and the BBQs twice a day! Yes, the trash chute smells very bad, but you won’t spend your vacation in the hallway… The building is a 5 minutes walk from everything and you will have an amazing stay!"

Hotel Staffwere incredible, loving, and will go far beyond the extra mile to care for there guests. I just wanna Hug all of them. Far better customer service than some 4-5 Star Holel! ❤️❤️"

View on Google"When we arrived at the hotel from the airport, we were early. But the front desk had a room for us and were able to actually get into a room right away. They gave us a great room with an amazing view. We booked the room with the ocean view and were very happy with what we got. We could see Diamond Head and we can see the ocean all in one view. The elevators were fast for having 44 floors. The staff were friendly and helped us with what we needed really fast, whether it was new towels or more body wash they were great! The pool and 6th floor in general was great. The room was sadly a bit small for two adults and 2 teenage boys, but that is what it is. With the kitchenette in the room it was convenient so we can go to a store and get snacks and food. The location was only blocks away from the action and beach. Loved the location."
