"We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the absolute best experience from start to finish. Every staff member provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning design and amazing amenities that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. A very special thank you to Bruce, the Guest Experience Manager, and Shawn, the Director of Operations, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in our room after learning about my fear of heights. Their kindness and attention to detail meant so much to us and made our honeymoon even more memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone celebrating something special."

View on Google"Let's start with the 5*. Service is wonderful. Very friendly people at the desk, at valet and the hotel maintenance! The rooms were comfortable, space adequate and the kitchen just enough. No dish soap, so a small courtesy soap would have been nice. Nonetheless, 5* here. The 4*.... We had room 802 with wonderful city and park views! No ocean, so don't think you will based on the room number. a. Wi-Fi is NOT good. Maintenance tried but we couldn't get better than 3 bars connection, which is unstable in this room. b. No hot tub, but it's very apparent there was one or whomever designed that small space next to the pool (not the kiddie pool) was yelling"psych" the whole time they were installing it. c. There is a long window on the shower and toilet side, which gives you a lovely view to the park, or for those lookie loos, a view in to you, in there! To remedy this, they installed a rolling shutter that does NOT go all the way down. Add to that space a small hanging rod and a shared farm door that doubles as the bathroom door or the closet door. We found it funny, but this definitely needs a redesign. Walking distance to everything! Don't discount the food trucks, 5 minutes away!! Beach is a 15 minute walk right by the park. Shopping of all kinds is 20 minutes or less! All in all, I'd recommend this hotel!"

View on Google"Vince at the front desk was the hero of our trip! We originally booked the bronze queen on the 5th floor and we slept awful. It felt like a storage closet in the parking garage, and it was $300/night. We talked with Vince and he was able to move us to the 17th floor and the view was incredible- he saved our vacation. It was such a pleasure talking with him on our trip. The staff here is just wonderful. The hotel itself could use some updating, especially for the price- not sure how it compares to others in the area. The location is great and everything we did is very walkable. TLDR: Vince and the staff make this place great but it could use some TLC."
