Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

"The hotel is one block off of the beach, I was a little nervous not being right on the water but the location was great. Lots of restaurants and right down from the International Market. The hotel is very nice and the staff are excellent. My housekeeper introduced himself day one so I knew who was going into my room. They did an excellent job. If I needed anything I texted guest services and they responded promptly. I need to mention that the front of the building definitely had more street and club noise than the back. The room service was very convenient but the fees were a little pricey if you were ordering for one. I would stay there again."

Beautiful resort and my room included a beautiful view of the mountains 😍 Very clean rooms and lots of fun activities to do. "We loved Hilton Waikiki Beach Resorts and Spa, close to the Waikiki beach and the center of everything. I know the parking fee $55 seemed overpriced, but the valet are very quick and friendly. They even offered and recommended places to visit and places to eat. During check in, not so friendly lady checked us in. We made our entire trip through Costco Travel, and we did not know that we were not eligible for points or other benefits if you are a Hilton Honors members. But Samantha from the help desk, offered us a timeshare tour, that could have given us some Hilton honors points. Its just that we did not have time for that. We bought a gallon of water from ABC store which is found in every corner of the city. We were able to refill water from the hotel's refill station. They did not have a microwave but has electric kettle, coffee machine and small fridge. You have to pay $4 for washer and $4 for dryer (credit card works), you can purchase detergent and dryer sheets too (need quarters for that). Housekeeping ladies were friendly and nice. We stayed 5 nights on the 23rd floor and had the most amazing time, in Honolulu. Some nights, the sounds of sirens, racing cars, or nearby nightclub music can be heard. Overall, we had some relaxing time at the balcony just looking at the ocean, part of Diamond head and the amazing sunset. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
