"We had the best experience ever in Heidi Motel! Was my first time in Helen, Ga with my family and the stay there made my vacations epic! It’s so beautiful and you have everything crossing the street so you will not need to use the car. The customer service was awesome, Michelle Smith is amazing. She is so sweet and friendly. Her service is exceptional and was always available to help us!. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Recommended 💯!"

View on Google"Great location for walking around Helen. It's the first hotel I've ever seen that gives you a code to use to get into your room. My only complaint as a short person in their early 60s, is that the beds are just way too tall. I had a terrible time trying to get up on it and once I was there I didn't want to get down. It was too hard on my hips and knees trying to get up there! But that's the only complaint. It was clean and comfortable."

Check-in caught us off guard because we've never done it entirely online before, but we got it done, and I suspect a lot of places are doing it this way now. Our room was modern, sparkling clean (including the bathroom) and large. Beds/bedding were comfy. Our dogs were welcome. The aesthetic of the building is so cool! And there's a fire pit and a deck out front for hanging out and people-watching. It is smack in the middle of town, directly across from the country store. TV had the wrong remote and a very nice staff member replaced it immediately. I cannot think of anything negative to say. This was perfect for our needs."
