"I was having an extremely hard time rebooking a room, and the receptionist at the time was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, and very professional while helping me through the process. His customer service was outstanding, and he made a stressful situation much easier for me. Despite a few obstacles, my experience turned out great thanks to the excellent service I received. The room was also absolutely cozy and amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone—you can expect a comfortable stay and truly great customer service!"

View on Google"I’m leaving a 5 star review though it really did upset me that when i arrived there with my date the front desk guy said out-of-the-blue that he saw me there before in front of my date. I am a local delivery driver during the day and always deliver there at the hotel location. It was my first time ever staying. For that to be said in front of my date ruined my experience staying there. Do you know how difficult it is to date in a small town? I was lucky to have found that army guy. Now we don’t talk anymore. That was unnecessary embarrassment. :-("
