"I haven’t stayed in Albany for so long. I had forgotten just how nice people are here. Tony the breakfast supervisor was AMAZING. Every person at that front desk holding it down, dealing with Karens, kicking out the weed smokers, figuring out financial and computer stuff that makes NO SENSE (I used to be a front desk agent)—Ebony, Frank, and the night auditor with the Caribbean accent—was friendly and inspirational. I was pleasantly surprised how good this hotel and this team represent the good side of Albany!"

"My Experience with the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany, GA was a great experience. I felt like I was at Home away from home. The Front Desk Staff was so warm and opening when I entered the hotel. The upgraded rooms were very cozy. I will definitely be visiting again very soon."

"The whole place is clean and friendly. Larona is the absolute best. I was just making a cup of coffee, she came right up to me spoke with me like we were long lost friends! I loved that! She has a kind soul. I will be back. Sure hope Larona is still here when I do. Also it was just me she talked to like that, it was every single customer that she passed."
