"Over 20 years ago Kim and Susan made a lasting impression with their unequaled pampering skill... and they still have it! This is not a point and click kind of place. It is a traditional bed and breakfast with hosts who live on site. To pamper guests at this level, they have to get to know you, discover what you need, make sure you know what to expect from them and their home, and decide if they can meet your expectations. In our case, they exceeded on every level. We felt at home, relaxed, pampered. Susan's snacks, coffee, teas, and her breakfasts are indescribably delicious-even allergen sensitive. Add a quiet dinner at the Rosemary and Thyme restaurant in the historic Windsor Hotel and this was the perfect anniversary getaway we needed. If weather permits, enjoy a stroll through the antebellum neighborhood and reflect on how contented it feels to be pampered by expert bed and breakfast hosts. Not pandered. Pampered."

Susan and Kim were incredible hosts, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and a perfect start to each morning. Various options of teas, coffee, VHS tapes, heated mugs and much more. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. View on Google"We had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Americus Garden Inn in September,2025. The breakfasts were amazing. We enjoyed the company of Susan and Kim- seemed like old lost friends! We had a great time in Americus enjoying Andersonville and Plains (and the peanut butter ice cream). I would definitely stay here again!"
