"Love this property. Have stayed several times for conferences and Avalon remains solid. Nice rooms with solid restaurant on property. Breakfast benefit can be used at either restaurant or Starbucks. Only downside is limited suites which means upgrades rare but rooms looking up the bulivard are nice. Highlight is Julian at the front door who treates the property as his own providing St Regis level service from the moment he greats you. The events sales staff was really cool. Not often you see exec just hanging out after work and enjoying the amenities. Can't wait to return."

"The Hotel at Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia is a phenomenal hotel. The interior design is beautiful and welcoming. The customer service that I experienced was above and beyond. I planned a very special night for my fiancé and I during our first night and the bartenders and front desk staff played a big role in making sure everything went smoothly and I will always appreciate that. The rooms are very nice and clean with solid furniture and interior design. The only hiccup was that they didn’t clean the room during our two night stay which I’m sure doesn’t happen often but nevertheless it did kind of damper the experience because after spending a full day away from the room beginning in the morning and coming back in the evening the room wasn’t clean. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel at Avalon and will definitely be coming back!"

"This hotel is beautiful. Very pet friendly, nice gym and warm inviting lobby with a fireplace. Starbucks adjacent; shopping Avalon is the best and the spa across the street if fantastic. The food at South City Kitchen located in the lobby has great food and drinks, the staff wasn't as friendly as the hotel staff."
