Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach
"A 3.8/321 3-star Metrocentre-corridor Residence Inn by Marriott with pool, free breakfast, pet-friendly rooms and kitchenettes — candid property-condition flags alongside exceptional named front-desk staff."
About The Hotel
Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach is a 3-star Marriott extended-stay property at 2461 Metrocentre Boulevard East on the Metrocentre business corridor just off I-95 north of downtown WPB. Rated 3.8 across 321 reviews with 3.8 cleanliness, 3.8 rooms, 4.0 location, 4.2 service, 4.0 sleep quality, 4.0 value — the softest-rated of the three West Palm Beach hot-tub-search hotels but with service (4.2) the strongest signal thanks to named front-desk staff (Michelle, Ronniece) earning repeated 5-star shoutouts. Amenities include pool, free breakfast, fitness center, pet-friendly rooms, kitchenettes, BBQ facilities, business center, laundry service, wheelchair access, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and paid parking. Legacy Hot Tub Hotels frontmatter markets ‘Jacuzzi in Room’ for select suites, but TripAdvisor amenity listings do not confirm an in-room whirlpool — verify with the property before booking if that is the deciding factor. A candid 3-star guest wrote ‘The staff (Ms. Michelle) were all great and very accommodating. The breakfast had good options… The hotel itself is the reason for 3 stars as it is in dire’ need of updates. Positive 5-star reviews consistently name Michelle and Ronniece at the front desk as the reason for return stays. Best for pet-owning business travelers wanting a Marriott-brand Metrocentre-corridor base with kitchenettes, free breakfast and pool, accepting the softer 3.8/3.8 cleanliness-and-rooms subratings and the candid property-condition tradeoff.

The do need to invest in a larger TV.” — Steven S., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Residence Inn by Marriott West Palm Beach.
"Okay, I showed up and was concerned because the parking lot was a little difficult to navigate at first. After I realized that the traffic flow was just different, it was fine. The front desk agent, Raizel, was friendly, the room was clean, and everything smelled good. That helpede lower my defenses. The toilet seat had a broken nylon screw that held one side of the seat to the bowl. I called down immediately and Raizel sent the maintenance guy, Sebastian, up to fix it. We hadn't even finished unloading the luggage cart before Sebastian had it fixed and offered to return the cart for me. I later went down and told Raizel that we wanted to experience something unique in the West Palm Beach area. She told me that she was drawing a blank on the spot but to check back. I happened by there a couple hours later and she had printed out information about Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens and also Lion Country Safari. We enjoyed one each on the next two days. Her recommendations and kind service, partnered with the quality and convenience of the accomodations made my trip excellent. I certainly recommend this hotel!"

View on Google"Steve stole the show. An absolute GEM, if he wasn’t there I would have stayed elsewhere. The group that comes in Thursday-Friday is complete opposite of Steve. Very rude, bothered that we’re there type vibe from the man and 2 women. I had a late checkout and they asked me 3 separate times within 20 minutes when will we be checking out. The lady even came to the door after confirming checkout was 4pm. We just ended up leaving around 1:30pm. Steve went above and beyond just very helpful and kind. I truly hope he gets the credit he deserves because he’s one of a kind. Hotel itself was great. If the 2nd team would have checked me in, I would have left. Hoping some of it was a language barrier and not just rudeness."
