Nice staff, rooms clean but older. Slept well had good breakfast.’ Not a marketed in-room-jacuzzi property. “I was in Orlando at the Embassy Suites Resort the first week of July and it was absolutely horrible. I truly couldn’t believe the poor service we received and having to move rooms twice because of the doors not securing our belongings and we were never compensated at all for our troubles. Well I’m back with my family again for a reunion but now in Tampa at the Hampton Inn and our stay was phenomenal. Noah and Ullissa were amazing. All of the staff that I encountered were so friendly and accommodating. I literally don’t have not one complaint. It shows that they are valued where they work. “We were looking for a stop a bit north of Tampa and found this Hampton. Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Located nice quiet location just off I-75. Front desk, Vas, was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. We had 2 queen beds on the 4th floor.” — Maureen W., 5 stars
