“We stayed 4 nights at the resort. I needed distilled water for my CPAP, they had it delivered to my room the day after we arrived. We had room 201 and I recommend it. Wrap around terrace, pool on one side, ocean on the other. King size bed was very comfy, large suite area. Room could use more electrical outlets. Water in the sink was running slowly, reported to mgmt, fixed within 30 min. Ordered extra bath towels, brought to our room within minutes. Beautiful beach, lots of seaweed, but hotel cannot control that. Breakfast was good, other meals at hotel were fair, but not bad. Service was quite good and attentive. A good location to walk to other restaurants and shops on the main drag. We did not research the restaurants before we went, so we just had OK means. The pool is heated and there is a nice hot tub. The ocean was easy to get into, warm for this time of year. If you want to eat outside, this is a very good place. Would recommend it. “First Class Resort 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Vero Beach. From the moment you check in, You can feel the Chic, Warm vibes that all Kimpton Hotels provide . Ashely at the Front Desk was friendly, informative, and professional. She answered all my questions with confidence and gave me some great recommendations in the area. The whole Resort is kept clean and polished. All staff members are friendly and respectful. The rooms are very spacious with great amenities! All of Heatons bartenders, including Charlie (pool Bar) are top notch. Great knowledge of the property and area and make great cocktails and food recommendations. The Spa on property is very tranquil, and is the cherry on top to a relaxing beach resort vacation. Rachel the Spa reception made it seamless To book, and the massage therapist Cassandra was incredible. This truly is an amazing resort, filled with employees that are passionate about hospitality and go above and beau one for all guests. “We had a very enjoyable few days staying here. What makes it special is the staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. They give the impression that they genuinely care about your stay and not simply going through the motions to get a tip. We had an issue with our room which was professionally handled.
