“We had an AWESOME Mothers Day weekend and it all started with the FANTASTIC Customer service from the front desk team of Sarah and Aileen. They greeted us warmly and were able to give us an awesome room upgrade to a nice large suite. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I celebrate Mothers Day Day weekend and we were very grateful. We enjoyed the suite and the hotel and loved the GREAT service from the entire Renaissance team. We will be back again soon. Cheers Dave & Dora” — 290DavidD, 5 stars

What guests are saying about Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel.
"As someone who’s on the road often, I rarely find a hotel that feels like home — but the Renaissance Tampa absolutely did. The front desk team was hilarious and welcoming from the moment I arrived. We traded football banter (I’m a Cowboy fan, one of them a Philly fan), and we were laughing so hard it felt like old friends catching up! The vibe throughout the hotel was just as warm and friendly. The food and bar staff were fantastic, even when our conference crowd kept them hopping. The concierge club snacks were perfect to hold me over until dinner, and breakfast was fresh and delicious — with real eggs (I can always tell!). I loved the clean, inviting spaces, especially the outdoor atrium with its comfy couches. Someone even took a great photo of me in the lobby that I’m now using for my emails! Truly one of the best, most welcoming stays I’ve had in a long time."

I went to a conference and every single staff member went way out of the way to assist with various needs- Matt, thanks for the multiple times I lost my personal drink container😜. You are the best! The banquet manager and staff also helped save my food from our buffet event until I returned from my unexpected car repair. The food was also amazing, cheers to the kitchen staff- everyone felt the same! The front desk extended my stay so I could come back after picking my car up to load my things. And the bar staff was so friendly as well!! YOU ALL ARE SO AWESOME and I just want to let you know that you made my trip so enjoyable and comfortable since I unexpectedly had to travel alone. I will be back and hope you all don't leave .🤞 Thank you so much. Linda"

View on Google"Very nice hotel next to airport. Did not hear any planes coming or going. Convenient access to te International Mall with many restaurants. Brio Italian restaurant was pricey the single pasta dish cost $21.00 and a glass of wine $17.00. Tip at you choice. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. The food and snacks provided at the NAHA conference was delicious. I had no complaints except for the conference room was cold. Take a sweater in case you need one. The hotel does charge $50.00 a day for incidentally but will be refunded that amount if none are used."
