She’s super active and makes the environment fun and a laid back environment. I would recommend taking one of her classes. She fits her classes to where any age can participate.’ Another 5-star wrote ‘I joined the fitness workout session with Coach, Jill D. Afterwards, we stayed for breakfast and it was great to see that they had a kids menu. We had a healthy, relaxing and enjoyable morning.’ A 3-star flag: front-desk staff Dominique and David called out as ‘shocking poor at delivering customer service. How they have survived this long in their roles is a shocker. Room have no USB points.’ Best for business travelers, Sunshine City families and Rays’ Tropicana Field visitors wanting a Carillon Park corporate-corridor base.

What Guests Are Saying

“Excellent overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the hotel grounds , the pool, outside patio restaurant, the inside restaurant. We enjoyed our dinner on the outside patio and our breakfast the next day inside. The food was delicious, well prepared and the waitress was amazing. The hotel is located near a boardwalk circling a conservation area/waterway which added to our relaxation.” — Phil B., 5 stars

“Walked in to eat with an episode of low blood sugar and a raging headache. Skyler was exceptional and the definition of hospitality, providing assistance and genuine care at LunaLux Lounge. I will say, The Roasted Chicken is an exceptionally well concocted dinner item, so many flavors incorporated, excellent asparagus too. Just order it!” — B P., 5 stars

"This hotel is what Hilton used to be on a consistent basis. The staff is very friendly and professional. The maid did an outstanding job cleaning the room every day. And if we call3d down for something like extra towels, they sent it right up. Check my review history as I have given negative reviews to other hilton hotels when they deserve it. This hotel deserves the positive review. To the management; keep up the great work!"

"I stayed at the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park while on vacation in Florida and it was a strong four star experience. Dominique checked me in and he was professional, friendly and welcoming. Right by the front desk there’s a Starbucks that has pretty much everything. Just note that they don’t take the Starbucks app and there’s a 15 percent service fee, which seems to be a St. Pete thing. Grab the cookies though, they’re crazy good. I was able to check in a few hours early which was a nice surprise. The hotel is clean, bright and spacious. My room had a comfortable king bed, a good sized balcony and great views from room 806. The pool area was another highlight. Big, clean and the hot tub was on point. It was quiet during this time of year which made it even better. A few things knocked it down a star. My room floor had some stains, there was no fridge, and as someone who is 6’7”, both the balcony door and the main door were low enough for me to almost bump my head a few times. Also, the walking paths around the lake were closed for renovation, which was disappointing since it looked like a nice area to explore. All that said, I’d still stay here again. It’s a solid hotel with great staff and a relaxing vibe."

"I had a work lunch here on a Wednesday afternoon. The lobby and restaurant were pretty quiet and we were seated immediately. The staff was kind and friendly. We placed our orders and received them promptly. The gyro and fries were delicious. The lamb was cooked well and the portion was plentiful. I did not care for the dressing on the gyro as it didale it messy to eat. I would ask for that to be left off next time. The place was clean as was the bathroom. Thanks."
