"My husband and I stay at Hotel Zamora exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms were immaculate with a nice ambiance. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. Nicole went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I during our honeymoon/1st anniversary!!!!! Nicole provided exceptional service upon our arrival!!!! We enjoyed nice bikes rides on the beach as complimentary bikes and kayaks were provided by hotel. The views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking and the presence of intracoastal waterway presented a peaceful and calming atmosphere.. The open concept of the spaces and the modern details gives you the comfort you need during your stay. It’s so quiet and cozy. Tom, our front desk agent was very professional, hospitable and kind. The only ‘downside’ is they sadly lost direct access to the beach but they do offer complimentary rides and pick up service to the nearest beach, and also provide chairs and shade if you need them (which you will). The valet team also deserves a shoutout, super kind, professional and respectful!"

However, the team shared inspiration photos that truly impressed us, and we were excited to book the venue—especially since St. Petersburg holds a special meaning for us. Throughout the planning process, there were some challenges due to multiple staff turnovers. Unfortunately, some paperwork and prior discussions fell through the cracks. A few of our deposits were never processed, and after following up several times, I was redirected to different staff members before things were finally sorted out. Thankfully, during the final stages of planning, Vianka was consistent with communication and helped ensure our questions were answered. Our pricing remained the same since we had signed our contract before the staff changes, which we appreciated. However, when we originally toured the venue, our first sales coordinator—whose name I believe was Carly—had promised us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view suite. When I later brought this up with Vianka, she was less forthcoming about the upgrade, explaining that it would depend on room availability. Upon check-in, I mentioned it again to the front desk; they said they would follow up but never did. Since I had managed most of the wedding planning myself, I decided not to push the issue further. On a positive note, the staff allowed me to store all my ceremony decorations in the Casa Blanca Room ahead of time, which was a huge help and made setup much easier. The wedding ceremony itself was absolutely perfect—the weather, food, and atmosphere were all amazing, and our guests had a wonderful time. I only wish the ceremony could have lasted a bit longer, though I understand the sound restrictions in place. The only issue we experienced during our stay was that the toilet in our room stopped working on our wedding night. I called the front desk multiple times but couldn’t get through, so I ended up using the lobby restroom instead."
