About The Hotel

The Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center is a 4-star pool-and-bar Hilton Garden Inn at 1144 Airport Boulevard on the Pensacola International Airport (PNS) grounds, adjacent to the West Florida Hospital medical corridor. Rated 4.4 across 767 reviews with 4.6 cleanliness, 4.6 rooms, 4.7 location, 4.6 service, 4.5 sleep quality; value 4.3 is the weakest signal. Amenities include a pool, bar/lounge, fitness center, pet-friendly rooms, children’s activities, free airport transportation, free parking and free WiFi. A 5-star repeat guest called out the ‘dream team’ of Dee, Jeri, shuttle drivers Daniel and Michael for going ‘the extra mile to make sure you receive wonderful hospitality.’ A 4-star road-warrior guest wrote ‘On the road, you want a quiet room, clean, good shower, nothing to interfere with your getting back on the road the next day, refreshed. Well, this place checks all those boxes. Competence is hard to find these days.’ Recent candid low reviews include a 1-star report of flight-cancellation-crisis handling (‘Hilton Garden Inn Medical at Pensacola Airport is a dive… do not stay’ after all Delta flights cancelled December 7 2025) and a 2-star smoke-alarm low-battery chirping incident at 2:19 AM that forced a room change. Not a marketed in-room-jacuzzi property. Best for Pensacola Airport through-travelers, hospital visitors, National Naval Aviation Museum families and Blue Angels weekend attendees wanting a brand-hotel base at the airport.

What Guests Are Saying

“This Hilton GI has the dream team on staff beginning with Dee, Jeri, shuttle drivers Daniel and Michael…..these 4 folks are welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure you receive wonderful hospitality ! Although this is a little older property, I would return in a heart beat as this is the All Star team and they make sure your stay is fabulous! Well done!! Keep up the great work!” — Roger W., 5 stars

“We stayed two nights while in Pensacola to see some Blue Wahoos baseball games. I’m not sure what else was going on in the area but hotels were ridiculously expensive, over double what I’d expect. This was a nice place but not worth anywhere the $250/night they were charging. We arrived right at the 4 PM checkin time and were able to get right into our room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room had a tight bedroom area separated from a small living room with pullout sofabed by the bathroom. Not a great overall setup but it worked ok for us. The bathroom could use a vent fan or the one in there needs to be improved if there is one. We didn’t have much time in the hotel so did not use the pool or fitness center but both looked nice. We interacted with a few staff members and all were friendly and helpful. The only reason for my 4 instead of 5 rating is that for such an overpriced hotel, you’d think breakfast would be included. They wanted $15 per person! No thanks, the Dunkin Donuts next door provided me with perfectly good breakfasts for a few dollars.” — Jim T., 4 stars

“I stayed at this property April 1-4, 2024, Room 124. Room was neat with micro/fridge. All hotel staff were professional and pleasant. Parking was cool, plenty of dining options close to the hotel. I used the workout room once, no issues. My group had complimentary breakfast…It was tasty and had a good variety of food. I would stay here again. Suzy at the front desk was especially sweet. Thanks.” — WorldwideTee, 4 stars

"Checkin was great. People were polite friendly and helpful. Room rate wasOK. Mattress was comfortable, but pillows were a huge disappointment. Very flat and in direr need of replacement. Shower had good pressure and bathroom was well stocked."
