"We visited for a week to celebrate my birthday! This resort is amazing with newly remodeled rooms, awesome views of the gulf, private balcony overlooking the fantastic heated lazy river & pool areas with palm trees and paradise everywhere you look! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast at Riptides restaurant and Blake provided excellent service! Our omlettes were scrumptious, huge serving of fresh fruit too. And Blake was very helpful in recommending fun things to see and do in the area. All of the staff here at IHG resort were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely visit again and stay at this fine establishment!!"

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and inviting the entire property felt. Our room had an incredible oceanfront view — waking up to the sound of the waves and that turquoise Gulf water was pure bliss. The beds were super comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The pool area was a highlight! The lazy river, hot tub, and poolside bar created a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, but it was also relaxing enough for couples. The kids loved the daily activities and live entertainment, while we appreciated how everything was so well maintained. The on-site restaurant served great food — delicious breakfast options, fresh seafood, and tropical drinks that hit the spot. Plus, being right on the beach made it easy to go from lounging by the pool to dipping our toes in the sand in seconds. Overall, this hotel really goes above and beyond to make your stay special. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and beautiful views. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Had a work trip and stayed at this hotel for a night. Before my flight the next afternoon I went down to Riptides to grab some food. Brandon R was my server and was awesome. He was very polite and personable. Gave me some good recommendations on food and I ended up with the chicken bacon ranch wrap, with tots and a crisp Diet Coke. Tashaina M cooked up a bomb meal and Brandon’s service made it a great experience! I also had a pleasant interaction with Jaxson at the front desk and Heidi the supervisor on duty. All around the staff was welcoming and caring. This is my 2nd time at this hotel in 10 years and after this experience I’ll definitely be back."
