"Not only is the hotel perfectly placed between the original Universal City Walk and the new Epic Universe, the staff is fantastic. We did not have a perfect stay (everyone makes mistakes) but the issue was handled really well by management. Laura at the pool bar was friendly and made up a delicious drink for me when I thought blueberry vodka sounded fun, Zenaida was great at the breakfast bar in the morning making Cafe au lait and breakfast sammies, and Tiffany at the front desk had excellent customer service skills. I would stay here again!"

"A highly recommend a stay here for a few key reasons. The location is prime and easy to reach any part of Orlando but since your on international you have instant access to the epicenter of it all. The rooms are very accommodating and clean as well but I absolutely recommend getting a sweet with the washer and dryer included. I also recommend you connect with Emri at the edge desk because he is an impeccable facilitator. He has come through time and time again over multiple stays and he alone is why I choose the pointe whenever I get the chance. It’s very peaceful and the pool and hot tub are great but get there first. Also Nydia and Javier are outside on the grill and serving drinks and they both are top tier. That’s exactly why I will always recommend it here."
