"We went the week after Christmas, booked the 4 bed, 4 bath and I loved it! I'll agree the living room furniture definitely needs updated but it was so big and spacious for 9 of us. The balcony ran the entire length of our room and we could see the fireworks from it."

"I wish I could give LBV five stars, because my family and I have been coming here for more than ten years. We've come for vacations, long weekends and conferences since our kids were toddlers. This time I noticed a steep decline, in some key areas. Yes, the furnishings need replacement, and the heater in our room didn't work the first night (fixed right away the next day), but the rooms are clean and spacious and still comfortable. The big disappointment was Frankie Farrell's. When we walked in one evening at around 7:30 pm, two large tables hadn't been bussed. A crate of dirty dishes sat at another. And the wall light fixtures were outfitted with garish daylight led bulbs that clashed with the tungsten ceiling fixtures and cast a horrid, unappetizing, high contrast glare everywhere. Little wonder the place was empty both times we tried it. Sad, because we really loved dining here in years past. Maybe it was just an off night. I truly hope LBV prospers and finds a way to renew in 2026. We'd love to keep coming back."
