“Tobias at the front desk with check-in guest services was AMAZING! He was nice and super informative. We look forward to our next stay because of the great team here! Hilton Orlando Destination Parkway” — Niaja J., 5 stars
“The property was lovely, very reasonable pricing and our 3 bedroom unit was huge with wonderful facilities, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry. It was clean and a good location. The Pools are nice, not overly fancy but sufficient. The service at the bar and restaurant was always friendly and restaurant food was delicious. Reception was welcoming. We had an item go missing from our room on the same day it wasn’t properly cleaned and a bag of clean towels were left on the kitchen counter when we arrived back from a day out, I placed them on the floor near the kitchen bench and it was left in our room or 3 days without a cleaner noticing! We unfortunately did not get our item back.” — VM, 4 stars
“Fair warning: We stayed for 3 nights over Easter - so Spring Break and all that means. Good: Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Great pools and bar. Quiet. Secondary pool was empty! Bad (not really): Big property - main pool was not walking distance, nor was the bar/grill. The food was meh but not expecting much. Ugly: Most uncomfortable bed ever in a Hilton. Hard as a rock. I’m. Hilton Diamond member - tried a LOT of Hiltons.” — Charles B., 4 stars

"The only thing I did not like about this place was where they con you into trying to become a member and then they screwed you over when you tried to book a four day three night reservation thing and they screwed me over at their marketplace down the road but otherwise Great food great drinks, great atmosphere. Everything was awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better place as a matter fact, I know three people already that have booked it there and they said they loved it too except when they try to call you to become a member o “ Timeshare” because we spent $250 on a four day three night location and they never give it to us so yeah, just be careful with that but the rest of it that was an awesome place. I’m not kidding. Even the music was good. I still have pictures. I still have videos it was that great"

View on Google"I love that this property has solid security. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar by the pool had great bartenders and quality cocktails. The pool area had lots of games and hot tubs. The room was clean and comfortable. Anyone who is leaving a bad review is looking for the Four Seasons or Ritz."

View on Google"We just checked in today and have had a wonderful experience so far. The bellman was incredibly helpful—he assisted us with our luggage and groceries and brought everything right into our room. After a long day of traveling, the pool was exactly what we needed. It was very refreshing, with plenty of available seating, warm pools, and an ample supply of towels. The king suite is beautiful—very spacious and perfect for families. We especially love the balcony. The only issue we’ve encountered (and it’s a significant one for us because it affects our sleep) is that the air conditioning does not go below 72 degrees. For us northerners, that feels quite warm indoors, especially at night. We typically keep our home around 68 while relaxing and even cooler for sleeping. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, which helps, but it can only do so much when the air itself is warm. We’re hoping we’ll be able to adjust since we’re here for a full week."
