“In the summer of 2025 we stayed here for our second time. We are a UK based family of three, my wife and I have stayed here once before and we loved it. Bringing our 4 year old daughter with us this time, the place was exactly how we remembered it. We absolutely love it! The rooms are clean and finished to a good standard. Beds are fantastic, and so much room for us to spread out into when we were back from the pool/visiting Disney. What we really like is the combination of great and spacious rooms (we booked a 2 bed apartment, so two adjoining rooms) in conjunction with its location and amenities. Having a Publix within walking distance, the outlets even closer, and being a really short drive to Disney left us wanting for nothing when we were there. We didnt experience any exclusivity with regards to owners vs non owners at poolside. In general we find that you have to get over the sales pitches and just be very clear you’re not interested. This time around we made this clear at check in and we were not bothered about anything throughout our three week stay. Comparing our first visit to our most recent one, we were really impressed with the growing provisions for young children and the slightly older ones. The staff in the Kids Club were great, and our daughter loved learning origami from Elizabeth and the other staff. “We love Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany!! We have an RCI Timeshare and always pick Hilton Grand Vacations. The staff is what ultimately makes our stay so wonderful. We come down every July and our next trip is July 17-25, 2026 From the moment we enter the gate for security we know we are home. The parks are so close and having such an incredible home base just makes it even better! Your staff is always attentive, positive and gives excellence in service. We especially love any buildings near the smaller pool. We will be asking for Building 3,4 of 5 if available on an upper floor facing the lake!😊 Again, even if the grounds are amazing and the resort is amazing what differentiates HGVC Tuscany is your staff!💪” — Eric M., 5 stars
“Loved the experience at this hotel. We stayed here just to go to the National Shrine of Our Lady Queen of the Universe which is walking distance from this hotel. Marwe, the Egyptian staff member checked us in and checked us out. Extremely professional service since she made my daughter and me feel like we were VIPs in this hotel. "We had a great stay at Tuscan Villas. Everything was very clean, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge plus. The pools are well maintained, the hot tubs are excellent, and the gym was solid for a vacation property. The location is a standout—centrally located with a Publix right across the street and an easy-access gate directly to the outlet malls. As an HGV Club owner, I’ve stayed at several Orlando properties, and this is definitely one of the better ones. Highly recommend."

View on Google"I was a bit nervous before arriving after reading some of the reviews, but they were completely wrong. Our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany Village was amazing! The room was spotless, very spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was just as clean and roomy. Everything felt well taken care of. Housekeeping service was a 10/10—friendly, attentive, and consistent. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!"

View on Google"This is my favorite place to be out of all the Hilton Resorts. It's got an Italian flair and 2 pools with multiple hot tubs and a great pool bar where the game is always on. There's no formal restaurant, but wonderful food and a marketplace. It's in walking distance to the huge outlet mall, multiple restaurants, pharmacies, and groceries. The rooms are always spacious and clean. The staff is happy and accommodating. I get to make my own food in the full kitchen and do laundry if needed. They supply all the cleaning stuff. Their beds are comfy and warm and the views are amazing from the balcony."
