What Guests Are Saying
“I normally don’t write reviews, but Amber # 638- Ocala is a wonderful representation of RedRoof! She was very pleasant. I booked for three nights. Once I arrived at the hotel I realized I needed two more days. The hotel was all booked for the week. I needed to extend my stay by two days . She worked very hard to make that happen for me! I would recommend RedRoof # 638- Ocala. Thanks Amber for being very knowledgeable in helping RedRoof’s customers!! 🤗” — Kimberly, 5 stars
“Amber the front desk receptionist was kind helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. While I was in the lobby she spoke with several guests and answered the phone. She addressed the guest’s needs efficiently and politely during these interactions. My room was clean and quiet. The coffee was good too. Kudos to Amber!!” — Leslye D., 5 stars
“Very nice hotel for the money. Front desk staff, (especially Brigette) very friendly and helpful! Room was clean, and plenty of towels. Like the fact that it had a good sized tv and the mattress was very comfortable! My only complaint was that the room didn’t have lamps, only overhead lights” — Storyteller728474, 5 stars

What guests are saying about Red Roof Inn Ocala.
"I had a great experience staying at the Red Roof Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for my stay. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Brigett at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel very welcome. Employees like her truly make a difference and are the reason I would stay here again. Thank you, Brigett, for such great service!"

All the ladies are great but Lisa has always taken great care of me and knows my weird work schedule and has stayed late on multiple occasions to get me checked in which I truly appreciate! My rooms have all been clean and super comfy beds and don’t smell weird which is always a plus! I love it here!"

Clean, comfy, and a hot shower. The area is kind of busy like the intersection but it’s no fault of theirs. The hotel is quiet, and is exactly what I needed. The rooms always have an odd smell but you get use to it after a minute of walking in. I will continue to stay here when needed ! Plus the staff is always very kind. The location is clean too."
