“This particular visit was good, thankfully. As it hasn’t always been good. Only thing i want to mention is the strong scent throughout the hotel. If you’ll could use something not so strong to vacuum carpet with. It’s very triggering for guest who have allergies or strong scents set them off. “This hotel has a beautiful location and we loved the double room layout but is NOT well maintained to be a Marriott property. Dogs are everywhere, carpets are stained and dirty, front desk agents sit on stools looking down, terrible problems with the elevator, breakfast is sparse, lobby looks disheveled with cords hanging out on the walls, and the craziest thing is you pick up/drop off pool towels at the check in desk so there’s water all over the floor from the desk all across the lobby to the pool door. I’ve never seen a hotel not have that outside where the pool actually is. A disappointing stay but the ocean was stunning.” — Jalon J., 3 stars
