“We had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton Naples! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to Teddy at reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made check-in/check-out such a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was always happy to help. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary beach shuttle. Jim and Russ were absolutely fantastic! They were always punctual, friendly, and accommodating when we had some weather challenges. And thanks to Claudia, Cheyenne, Bithia, and Bradley who helped with shuttle bookings and offered support. The front lobby, on-site gym, pool and hot tub were easy to access and exceptional compared to other resort hotels. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was close to beautiful beaches, great shopping, and many restaurants, making it easy to explore Naples without spending lots of time driving. Their onsite restaurant, Shula, was also a great choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner with exceptional staff and very tasty offerings. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room and all the common areas were spotless every day, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. “What a beautiful hotel! We stayed here as my son was playing in a football tournament nearby. The property is beautiful. The lobby is marble and comfortable, very high ceilings. You get the feeling that you are staying at a resort property the minute you arrive. Although not a resort, it feels like it with all of the amenities. The pool and hot tub are so clean and well maintained with servers. Plenty of towels. There is a beach shuttle that will provide chairs and take you to the beach close by. You just have to reserve it at the front desk. Parking is free and plentiful. We did not eat at Schula’s but it was open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Anything we needed, we called down to the front desk and it was acted upon immediately. Room was clean, comfortable beds, and made up promptly every day. Excellent stay.” — Lisa B., 5 stars

“My sisters and I stayed here on a ‘sister’s vacation’. We had an amazing time! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Michael the pool attendant and server provided great service and suggested tips and advice for us about the area and Dave - the shuttle driver - was just as informative and helpful. The ladies at the front desk always greeted us with smiles. We had an amazing time. The only thing I would suggest is the resort needs a ‘coffee’ lounge or table offering coffee and tea for guests in the morning. We had to go into the restaurant to get coffee and they ‘charged’ us.
