"Amazing resort and all the staff are super friendly, we had the opportunity of checking in with maijah T. She made the process super easy, we were checked in within 5 minutes. Lots of amenities to explore while your here, they really give you everything you need without having to leave the resort. Im editing this at the end of my stay because I must say if you are looking at a resort to stay at or even buy a timeshare this it the one. The staff are always there to help and they go above and beyond. I can not say thank you enough they made our vacation the best it could be. We will definitely be coming back for many years to come. The amenities, the pools, swan boats, arcades, mini golf, hot tubs, they have it all. If you don't want to leave the resort you don't have to. They make it so you can have your own vacation while staying in property. Of course we left for the amusement parks but we could not get enough of just lounging around relaxing. Hands down the best vacation ive been on and a BIG thank you to everyone who works here and puts in all of their efforts so we all have an amazing stay. If I could give 10 stars I would cause they blew past all my expectations. Special thank you to Kevin, Madison, Shania, Henry, and of course Maijah."

"Our stay was great. Overall. The rooms were spacious and offered us enough amenities. The service was outstanding from everyone that we asked questions of and got support from. Especially Rachel at the front desk when we were checking in. A couple of complaints for your awareness for future guests. Number one. The patio doors do not lock very well and are easy to defeat to get in. Also, the screen door would not open when it was unlocked even though it looks like the mechanism is working. It does not work properly when it's closed. Also, the floors were rather dirty when we checked in and noticed that first night and our feet were black and the socks were black. Also, entertainment through the television was difficult. Family wanted to watch streaming services for our favorite shows and movies, however, there was no option for streaming on the TV. I purchased a Roku streaming Stick which worked, except the Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable. Excellent signal strength but there would be no way to connect. Overall, our stay was pleasant, everyone enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Stand by standby"
