“My husband and I took our five grandchildren (10-6) over NH April vacation. We had never stayed at this Westgate property but this is definitely our favorite. The kids were nervous about the pond around the waterpark as their friends at school had told them to watch out for alligators and crocodiles while in Florida. On the second visit to the water park, Javier, the waterpark manager, Enrique, and Erick all reassured them there was no need to worry. They were all so generous and patient as they listened to all of kiddos questions and concerns. After talking to these guys, they all had a great day and rest of the visit.” — Jill H., 5 stars
“We loved our stay, anything needed the staff is on it. I would absolutely 100 times stay again. The cute train that goes around and the staff that drive you and pick you up to take you to the amenities or to your room was an excellent add. "We are timeshare owners, the rooms are amazing but showing some signs of wear, nothing major. The service is outstanding, everyone is friendly, very helpful and always have smiles. The location, well next to Disney World, yet you feel you are in your own little world that is very peaceful."

View on Google"Spacious and an amazing getaway. The room was immaculate 👌🏾. It comes with pretty much everything you need. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have a large shower in one bathroom and a huge Jacuzzi in the other. The resort has everything from pools to a movie theater, mini golf and a small market( the food is overpriced, but there is a Walmart not too far away). I want to thank Fabian, who is a shuttle driver who was kind enough to escort us to the pool and back which was a God send as we were going to the hot tub in almost 50 degree weather. All we had to do was flag him down the first time and he was has an amazing personality. He was kind and very personable. I will definitely be returning 👍🏾."

View on Google"The rooms were very spacious but dated. The staff was incredibly friendly. We were here during an event weekend so there was a lot of staff. We arrived to live caroling and Santa in the lobby. Wes T the gator was hilarious. My kids are older but loved clowning around with him. He even played a hole in mini golf with us. The activity center staff was so sweet and really accommodating. We loved the water park and how close it was to Disney. My kids did not want to leave."
