The Berkley, Orlando

"The Berkley Resort is amazing! From the moment we walked through the front door and walked up to the reservation desk and was greeted by Abdo K. He was not only extremely friendly and professional, he made us feel very welcomed at the resort. Customer service sometimes get left out because people focus on the resort/location.... my preference is customer service first. Abdo was the absolute BEST! The Resort is very nice and the rooms are extremely spacious with everything you need to feel at home. I highly recommend The Berkley Resort and their outstanding staff."

"The 3 bedroom condo we rented here was beautiful, clean and luxurious. The resort has great pool area, theatre and events like ice cream social in the afternoon. Grill area close to the registration. Beds were soft. This is close Disney anv universal theme parks We enjoyed the views here and definitely recommend it."

"Such a wonderful experience here! The units are massive. The kitchen had every tool you could ever imagine to cook with. Including baking sheets, and muffin pans that were pristine. I used them! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The entry bedroom had it separate but still right next-door. Beds were super comfortable, towels were soft. All TVs are current enough to sign into any of your streaming services. I only really dealt with the night staff, they were so accommodating, and readily available even at 1 AM. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. They also have carpet which I’m not a big fan of. Washer and dryer are excellent and there was little box of Tide and even dryer sheets! Tons of bell carts so you never have to look for them or wait on them. They are right next to the elevator. Parking was always really close and easy. It’s hard to go back to being crammed in a tiny Disney resort after staying here. Oh, and I didn’t have time to get in the pool, but it was heated to perfection. You can see the steam coming from it in the morning. I will definitely come back!"
