“The Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes is excellence all around! Hospitality & Comfort at It’s Finest! If you seek location to varied establishments & more this is a place to be. We cannot wait to return on a regular basis! We had intended on staying at another location. There was no wi-fi on the airplane so I decided to call Hilton Dunes again upon arrival to the airport. I had the joyful pleasure of speaking with Ms. Patricia who so kindly & welcoming invited us to come stay at the Dunes, & said that they had plenty of rooms available, to go eat then come to see them. We could not have asked for more. The amenities, classes, etc. were a nice compliment. WELCOME CENTER: Upon arrival to the welcome center everyone was very warm welcoming. Ms. Patricia came to meet us & surprised us with a birthday gift for my son Julien. CHECK-IN: We were assisted by Ms. Yvette, & Ms. Drew. ROOM: rooms were so very nicely appointed, & impeccable to say the least. Wi-Fi washer and dryers! RESTAURANT: Megan the server, Kyle the host, are incredible! Also one other gentleman who seated us. HOSPITALITY INQUIRIES TEXTS: Jaliyah, Renee TREE TRIMMERS: Carlos & Victor were pruning very large palm trees on the day we departed. They were sawing the huge trees with so much effort. When one of the trees fell, & they had to make haste to avoid the wasp nest. They continue working so diligently. We offered drinks & tips. They were so very appreciative. “A really gigantic resort set up as a kind of holiday village with several buildings and different types of apartments. There are several swimming pools, BBQ areas, a restaurant, golf course and all kinds of facilities. There is also a lot of organizing going on, although we have not used it ourselves. This time we had a spacious apartment that was very comfortable, where two apartments are connected via a connecting door, but each apartment also has its own entrance. The apartment was equipped with a separate bathroom with bath and a second bathroom with shower, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely king-size bed, a washer and dryer, and a nice terrace. Everything was spotless. Cleaning is provided once every three days. Regular towels and separate bath towels are provided, which are also changed every three days. In addition, many extras are provided, such as dishwasher tablets, detergent, dish soap with scouring sponge, coffee, tea and milk, garbage bags and kitchen roll. Very complete and practical furnishings. The resort is conveniently located for visits to theme parks, outlets and other Orlando/Kissimmee attractions. There is ample parking and a Walmart is practically around the corner. Definitely recommended for a longer stay.” — Nance78, 5 stars

"We came up for a quick two‑night getaway (Tuesday and Wednesday), and this resort exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, and having a security guard on-site made me feel safe from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, with gorgeous landscapes and a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to truly unwind. David at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. As Hilton Honors members, we were upgraded to a spacious suite with a sitting area and a lovely garden view—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Our suite felt luxurious and homey, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were firm and plush—exactly what you want after a long day of relaxing. We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. One unexpected highlight was the parking lot. The spaces are wider than usual, which means far less worry about door dings. It’s a small detail, but it made a big difference. Thank you, Hilton, for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. 012326"

View on Google"I was nervous about staying here because the rating was at 4.2 stars, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised! The entire staff is incredibly kind, well-trained, and always willing to help. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. We had a few issues with our first room and were assisted immediately. They moved us to a renovated unit with a golf course view and it was absolutely gorgeous. The unit was so thoughtfully designed—even the bathrooms had nightlights, which I loved. Whenever we needed to get to the gym or another part of the resort, we just called guest services and they send a ride to our building. They also offer complimentary shuttles to the parks, which was super convenient. The toiletries were also a nice surprise—green tea products that smelled amazing and didn’t damage my hair. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole environment felt calm and relaxing. We booked a 3-bedroom lock-off and basically had two full apartments—each with its own living room, kitchen, and laundry. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!"

View on Google"This place was amazing from the moment we got here. The entrance was beautiful and very easy to navigate. Checking in to our rooms was truly a pleasure. The woman checking us in knew what she was doing, and great with my daughter, so it was easy and quick! Our 2 bedroom suite with a large balcony was the building right next to the check-in which made unpacking quick and easy. Honestly the place was so amazing that we did not end up going and doing much outside the resort. Our room was fully furnished with with everything except food. The resort is close to everything. Walmart is right up the road and so is Disney World. The resort offers plenty of things to do like the heated pool with the awesome waterside, free bicycles to ride, a gym, and daily activities to do with the kids. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back!!!"
