“The address was confusing as it’s nowhere near Buena Vista. The hotel was set well back off the road and so pretty quiet. The rooms were clean and tidy with toiletries, fridge and microwave. Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were clean. keys stopped working after one night. Got them re programmed and all was well. Price was very reasonable. Nice pool but not heated so too cold to use. "I am usually a 5-star or 1-star kind of grader. The in between really doesn’t help anyone. Every place will have something they can improve, so why ruin the “average star” rating with a 4 or 3? This place was way better than their rating. Yes, the rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner. But the service was friendly and professional. I had a couple issues and they were handled right away by two different front desk attendants. They were extremely friendly and handled the issues with a smile and apologized for the inconvenience. I will stay here every time I came to this part of town. Oh, and location? Everything is close by! You can get up in the morning and walk to Perkins or IHOP. They also serve breakfast at this hotel if you don’t wanna go outside. You can stay here with confidence. Highly recommended!"
