“We had an amazing 3 night stay at Pelican Grand prior to our cruise. With 2 kids (ages 14 and 8) having enough room for everyone to sleep and relax was really important. Our 2 king ocean front room was incredible. Loved being right on the beach without a noisy street in between. What really made the trip amazing was the pool staff- Alex and Giovana were highlights of our trip- making us feel welcome and took great care of us. We truly were able to relax and enjoy our time. The games and treats by the pool everyday were also amazing for the kids. It was hard to get my son out of the lazy river! We had dinner for our anniversary at the hotel’s restaurant Ocean2000 and the food was incredible (particularly the pop overs and seafood risotto). Service was phenomenal! My kids were frequent customers of the ice cream shop and the staff were fabulous. We were really looking for some relaxation and this hotel is further down from all of the hustle and bustle of the bar scene a couple miles down the road.
