What Guests Are Saying

“After an unacceptable experience at one of the on-site Villas, we originally booked for our family vacation, we were taken care of quickly and efficiently by Jamie, Front Desk Ass’t Manager. We were given alternative accommodations which exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities are wonderful with plenty to keep our 3-generation family happy and entertained. Loved the “adult only” pool as well as the large family pool and the on-going activities keeping the kids entertained. Beach access was a breeze and loved the free shuttle around the property. We made use of the on-site restaurants, shopping and mini golf. Valet very efficient but felt the $40/night fee a bit high so we used the self-parking option at $25/night especially since there was little reason to leave the resort. A good time was had by all!” — Rhonda C., 5 stars

“This was our fourth year visiting this location for our annual vacation. We love the atmosphere at the resort. It is laid back, relaxing and fantastic for the beach access. The food quality has improved over the past few years with better consistency and they’ve added covered trays for pool and beach dining which keeps the wildlife activity down allowing you to enjoy your meals without interruption. Our 11 year old son loved the pace of the island in general, and we enjoyed the great food options both at the resort and close by. It’s our home away from home now for our family outings and I highly recommend the Omni Hotels & Resorts to anyone that hasn’t tried them yet.” — MShepherd71, 5 stars

“Overall we loved staying at the Omni resort on Amelia Island. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the room (light bulbs, sink), but the staff had the items repaired within a few hours. Bob’s Steak House and the coffee/snack shop Palmetto Press were great. If there is any negative I would say the room and facilities seem just slightly worn and dated. This was our second time (2 years in a row) and we have already booked a villa (4 BR) at the Omni for next summer to have our adult children and grandchildren to stay with us and enjoy all the amenities, the pools and the beach.” — Robert L., 5 stars

"Incredible ocean view with palm trees. So gorgeous! The room was nice and clean, spacious, with a huge shower and tub. It didn’t come with a microwave but upon request you can have one brought up easy. The service by the pool is great- they would come up asking if we needed anything every time they walked by. Super kind. Amazing piña coladas by the pool. They also have delicious crunchy French fries. The front desk and valet service was also super friendly and helpful- offering us free waters, opening car doors, helping us with our bags, giving us free drink tickets for the bar. All very nice. I got a massage while there and it was so wonderful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend and come back if I get the chance."

"Went the Omni for new years eve. Let's start with the staff, from pulling up to checking out the staff was fantastic, better then other high end properties in the area we've been too. The evening event was pretty well managed, but I think they need to spend more time thinking through the s'mores, as the children were fairly unruly around the fire pits. The pool area is very nice, and access to beach is fantastic. Now for the down side, the rooms are pretty worn and need some serious updating. We loved the on-site shops and restaurants, they were very convenient. All in all, this is a good resort for a get away."
