"Opal Sands and the entire staff will forever hold a special place in my husband’s and my hearts. We worked with Alexis Weisner for our wedding at Opal Sands, and she was absolutely the best. She was kind, detail-oriented, and so easy to work with, and truly helped make our wedding day beyond special. We wanted a space close to the beach and water, and Opal Sands’ lawn space was absolutely perfect. The food was top-notch and delicious, and our room for the weekend was gorgeous. It was the perfect space for getting ready, photos, and unwinding after all the celebrations. Beyond that, the Opal Sands team truly treated us like family and made sure every part of our stay, our wedding, and our guests’ experience was exceptional. We could not have made a better choice for our wedding venue. My husband and I cannot wait to come back and stay at Opal Sands again, hopefully making it a yearly tradition to remind ourselves of the perfect day we had at such a tremendous resort."

"We had a wonderful stay at Opal Sands Hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, and the view is absolutely incredible. We stayed in room 512 and could hear the waves from our room, which made the experience even better. The pool was lovely and heated, which was perfect for our December visit. The beach area was also very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff here truly made the stay memorable. Shelby at the front desk was fantastic, and Ruby in housekeeping took great care of us. Everyone we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and attentive. We would definitely return and highly recommend Opal Sands for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"I visited from out of town and, although I didn’t stay on the property, I booked a spa appointment at Opal Sands to celebrate my birthday—and it absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and professional, with wonderful personalities that immediately made me feel special. My massage therapist, Jay, truly stole the show. I have been seeing the same massage therapist back home for over five years and always considered him the best—until now. Jay exceeded all expectations. His massage was incredibly effective, deeply relaxing, and highly professional. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, with all the tension and knots in my back gone. If I lived in Clearwater, I would book with Jay every weekend without hesitation. I also enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine and had access to some of the hotel amenities, which added to the overall luxury of the experience. At checkout, the front desk staff went above and beyond by gifting me complimentary products and a handwritten birthday card—a truly thoughtful touch. Opal Sands ended up being the highlight of my trip. Thank you to the wonderful staff and to Jay for providing such a luxurious experience and for making my birthday so memorable."
