"This is the best JW hotel we have stayed at. The property is new, very clean, and beautifully maintained. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The scenery is stunning. While the beach area is a bit small, the beach staff more than make up for it, they are extremely friendly and helpful, always assisting with setting up chairs and umbrellas. The pool on the 11th floor is nice, though it could be a bit bigger. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite on the 10th floor with a great view. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was one of the best amenities and made our stay very convenient. There is a restaurant above our unit, and we did hear some noise from moving chairs or tables around midnight to 1 a.m., but it was not too unbearable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Thank you for hosting us. All the staff are truly amazing."

Miranda, who runs it, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and calming — her energy alone made the experience even better. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and I can confidently say the level of service at this sauna was unmatched. The location is also amazing. The beach views are beautiful, and the private beach seating options make it feel really special and relaxing. The staff throughout the property were kind and attentive. Overall, this stay felt thoughtful, peaceful, and truly memorable."

View on Google"My sister and I live in Clearwater and recently discovered The Deep End restaurant at JW Marriott. Food, service, ambiance is amazing. We decided to get a beach pass and enjoy one afternoon with Friends celebrating her birthday. Shanon the concierge went an extra mile to greet us and make us feel very special and comfortable, although we weren’t guests at the hotel. Rocky assisted us almost every hour to change the position of the umbrella. Andi provided top notch customer service, providing recommendations with wonderful sense of humor and quick delivery. Overall, everyone went above and beyond our expectations. Marriott never fails to deliver. That is why I always book Marriott hotels when traveling."
