"Best customer service. Bryant (pictured below) was top notch...and everywhere...doing everything! He held doors, make sure my uncle kept a steady flow of hot coffee for breakfast, he remember by good allergies from two separate encounters. He stayed personable and friendly through every interaction and even allowed us to give feed back on some possible new drinks they would be offering in their Starbucks station on the second floor. The hotel was beautiful, great location and clearly well staffed. Thanks for a great stay"

View on Google"I don’t even know where to begin because we are still in awe of our trip here. We’ve visited the area plenty of times because we had family in Tampa years ago. I’ve always wanted to stay at the pink hotel and am a Hyatt loyalist! We came here to celebrate our son’s birthday and they really wow’ed us! We had guest of honor status so had the blessing of free parking and breakfast, which was a huge cost saver. We were greeted with complete hospitality by everyone at checkin, staff at the pool, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff. We were also upgraded to a kitchenette which was a bonus as we wanted to do a few cooked meals and a birthday cake for my son. James really made our breakfast special on my son’s bday too. We can’t wait to return, I’m already looking at booking for New Years next year. (Heads up that the pool renovation started on Jan 5-26th. Looks like it’ll be beautiful when it’s done!). The sunset view from the pool is 5 stars in itself!"
