When we let her know our first room had a mildew smell, she quickly helped us switch rooms with no hassle at all. The service was excellent, especially from a staff member named Dafny, I think that was her name, who was professional, warm, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, she ensured everything went smoothly and was always available to assist when needed. The room was satisfactory, the hotel is well located, and the private beach is a great advantage. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others."

View on Google"This is a 3 star hotel located in a 5 star location. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. So, if you are looking for a 5 star SPA experience, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for 3 star hotel prices, this is not the hotel for you, you will be charged like a resort. But if you can enjoy a 5 star beach location and don’t mind a 3 star room, you will have a great time. Beach rentals are for the full day from 7am to 7pm. You can go in the morning, leave to have lunch and come back for the sunset. We think it was worth it $110 for a cabana and 2 chairs. Beach rental prices: -Full Beach Package is $251 -Beach Cabana $50 -Beach Umbrella $33 -Reclining Lounge Chair $29"
