Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort
"A 4.0/60 4-star Bonita Beach Rd canal-side boutique with TripAdvisor-confirmed shared hot tub, kitchenettes, bicycles, beach access and self check-in - candid parking and highway-noise flags."
About The Hotel
Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort is a 4-star small canal-side boutique at 4701 Bonita Beach Rd on the approach to Little Hickory Island Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs. Rated 4.0 across 60 reviews (the smallest sample in the Bonita set) with 4.3 cleanliness, 4.3 rooms, 3.6 location, 3.5 service, 3.3 sleep quality, 3.4 value — interiors are well-received but sleep quality, value, service and location signals are all soft, reflecting the small canal-side / busy-highway property and self-check-in staffing model. Amenities include a TripAdvisor-confirmed shared ‘Hot tub’, free breakfast, bicycles available, kitchenettes, beach access, children’s TV networks, kids-stay-free rooms, self check-in, free parking and free High Speed Internet (WiFi). Legacy Hot Tub Hotels frontmatter markets in-room jacuzzi suites; TripAdvisor amenity listings only confirm a shared hot tub, not in-room whirlpools — verify in-room inventory at booking. Recent 5-star reviews love the canal-side atmosphere (‘accommodation is designed with great attention to detail… beautiful atmosphere to relax’), sunset wine on the water (‘glass of wine on the water in the evening’), quiet interior rooms (‘did not hear traffic at night’) and bike-and-beach access. Candid 3-star flag: ‘We would not recommend staying at this resort. The parking is so small & not convenient. They will tell you themselves that if parking is full you park down the street. This place is situated right next to the hwy so you would think it would be noisy.’ Best for solo/couples boutique canal-side stays with bikes and beach access, accepting the small-lot parking, busy Bonita Beach Rd highway noise concerns and self check-in format.
What Guests Are Saying
“The property is so cute, well decorated and well taken care of. The room was everything we needed for our short stay. Very comfortable bed, just wish we had a few more pillows. There was a lot of street noise and other noises easily heard through the walls but I always bring ear plugs to sleep on trips so that didnt bother me. We were lucky enough to get one of the few main parking spots. Unfortunately, it poured rain our entire only night there. We were unable to use any of the fun amenities because of the weather except the large hot tub which I sat in with my umbrella. There was a casual seafood restaurant next door we were able to grab drinks and appetizers at. Continental breakfast was underwhelming with no protein options but it was very nicely presented. Very close location to the beach, would recommend!” — Bridget M., 5 stars
“My husband and I came to Bonita Springs for business. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the water in the evening. I enjoyed using the bike for a morning ride to the beach. The check in/ out was simple. The staff were all very friendly. The location is perfect! Close to lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend to anyone, unless you’re looking for a luxury place with a full breakfast and resort style pool. The pool is tiny and the breakfast is simple, but it was more than sufficient. It was perfect for us. I didn’t want to leave.” — Culture319825, 5 stars
“We had a fantastic stay at Waterfront Bonita Island! The accommodation is designed with great attention to detail and offers a beautiful atmosphere to relax. We were particularly impressed by the delicious, typical American breakfast – a perfect start to the day. The location is ideal, with quick access to the beaches and great views. A real highlight were the free kayaks and bicycles that we could use at any time. So we were able to explore the surroundings very relaxed. All in all, an all-round successful stay – we will definitely be back! Greetings from Bavaria, Germany” — Markus R., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Latitude 26 Waterfront Boutique Resort.
"Have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! There is a very charming manager named Joe that was beyond helpful and pleasant to deal with when booking my room. The rooms are very beach chic and the outdoor/ dock area is lovely! There’s cabanas, chairs and a cool fireplace. It’s also located right next door to a very good bar & restaurant (Kelly’s Fish House) Looking forward to my next staycation here."

Once at the start of our week and once at the end of our week, before heading back to Miami. We both absolutely loved it there ! Such a fun & relaxing place to stay and the staff (Bertha, Judy and maintenance wizard E.) was wonderful. Thank you for the memories 🌟🎉🎊💐🎁 The location is also perfect, right next to an excellent seafood restaurant !"

View on Google"Zero hassle, low key, charming, affordable, clean, easy drive to and from beach, awesome shower pressure. Surrounded by so many options of corporation hotel chains and soul crushing golf reports - so grateful a place with real personality still exists. Keep it alive! Called to book directly through, rather than use 3rd party service. Franny (I think?) was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast on the patio in the morning exceeded expectations. Very lovely"
