What Guests Are Saying

“Our family just wrapped up an incredible stay at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, and we were genuinely sad to leave. This resort strikes the perfect balance between a relaxing getaway for adults and nonstop fun for kids. The pool complex is absolutely outstanding. The lazy river, waterslides, and multiple pools kept our daughters entertained for hours every day, while my wife and I could still find quiet spots to relax. The grounds are beautifully maintained and have a true tropical resort feel. The staff deserves special recognition. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. You can tell they take pride in making guests feel at home. We also loved the variety of dining options. Whether grabbing a quick bite by the pool or enjoying a nicer meal in the evening, everything we had was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire property felt spotless throughout our stay. If you’re traveling with kids, it’s hard to imagine a better resort in Southwest Florida. If you’re a couple, there are plenty of peaceful areas to unwind as well. We created memories that our family will be talking about for years, and we’re already discussing when we can come back. Highly recommended. Hyatt Coconut Point exceeded our expectations in every way.” — Daydream47495487907, 5 stars

“My wife and I just attended a convention at Coconut Point and had a fantastic experience. We have stayed here in the past and realized some very nice upgrades since our last stay, such as the built in clock in the bathroom mirror and also the very large TV’s. We would highly recommend Coconut Point to other families and business conventions.” — Sean A., 5 stars

“The on-site conference amenities were amazing! This hotel is gorgeous and all of the rooms feel very spacious and clean! I definitely recommend the short boat ride to the private beach. Overall, it was an amazing trip! Whether you were traveling for work or pleasure, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!” — Christina J., 5 stars

"I’m a Fort Myers local and did a quick Saturday-to-Sunday staycation here, and the hotel was perfect for a vacation-style getaway. The food was very good, and the lazy river was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and fun. Valet and front desk staff were top notch, with service that felt genuinely focused on the guest. It’s a perfect hotel for families with kids, especially for a weekend trip or a few nights. A big plus is that they offer a separate adult pool and adult hot tub, so everyone can enjoy their own space. The rooms were adequate and comfortable. Very accommodating team and excellent overall experience."

"We just returned from an incredible stay at this property (wife plus 3 year old boy). The staff was really great and the water park even tho our little guy couldn't ride all the rides was amazing. Never felt busy. Pluses: Free water and Capri sun anytime from front desk boat ride to the beach, beach is incredible staff was really great activities all day long for kids and games, scavenger hunt magic show balloon animals it was great. food was good enough, normal resort fair. minuses: not many, the location is not walkable to really anything, we had a colder day and went to the Naples zoo which is 10/10 the lazy river pool is not heated so if it's not hot and sunny it is a little chilly but bearable great family resort if you have kids I havnt seen anything like this in Florida."

"This is not a rating of the rooms. However, this property is beautiful inside and out, the Corkscrew restaurant and bar, on site, was wonderful. The bartender, Misael, was very helpful and kind. Welcoming and accommodating to my preferences, he was patient and quick! I did not notice any guest upset with the services. Might I recommend the Frozen Coconut Berry, especially if you're a bit of a wimp with strengths of alcohol, as I am. The photo shows some separation in the drink, as a disclosure, it's quite warm out and I was trying to drink more water!"
