The Boca Raton
"The 4.3 Addison Mizner 1926 Cloister landmark resort with beach club and 6,397 reviews."
About The Hotel
The Boca Raton is a 4.3-rated (6,397 reviews) landmark resort at 501 East Camino Real — the massive 1926 Cloister landmark that defined South Florida luxury architecture. Amenities include a private beach club (water taxi across the Intracoastal), multiple pools including a surf pool, golf course, spa, tennis, kids water slides, Kids Club, babysitting, bicycle rental, valet parking and multiple dining outlets. Subratings run 4.5 cleanliness, 4.6 location, 4.3 rooms, 4.4 service, 4.5 sleep quality and 4.0 value across 6,397 reviews. Value at 4.0 is candid — this is genuinely premium South Florida resort pricing at $576-$691 nightly. Recent 5-stars praise the ‘upscale but not uptight’ character, water taxi to the beach, kids’ surf pool and movie room; the CANDID FLAGS matter: reviewers describe the Kids Club as ‘Lord of the Flies with minimal supervision,’ recent stays flag golf course under renovation, food described as ‘super expensive’ and unhelpful/rude staff experiences from repeat annual guests. Not an in-room jacuzzi property — the marquee is the Mizner landmark scale, the beach club and the resort amenities. Book eyes-open on scale and pricing.

“In our opinion what makes a difference at the Boca is the people. To be greeted by Tulio our valet, who never fails to recognize and thank us for returning to the Boca. Colleen and Amanda always go out of their way the take all the time necessary to answer any and all questions regarding new and interesting places we may be interested in. This knowledge is invaluable to enhancing our stay. This warm welcoming starts our stay at this world class venue. The front of the house reception from Alejandro could not have been better. From there we couldn’t wait to go to Sadelles where Jaun and Izzy provided us with superb service. Our Beautiful Estate View room was maintained by Elitha who did a remarkable job . Having lunch at the bar at the Harbor House with Tony is one our favorites. And I would be remiss if I failed to mention Lauren at the Marisol and especially Brittany at Principessa, who is a real jewel. Let’s not forget the Manager Shaun at the Palm Court who took the time to visit us while we enjoyed our cocktails. All the restaurants at the resort are exceptional but our favorite is Principessa whose manager Gary never fails to make us feel extra special. All the above are just a few of the reasons we have come to love this remarkable destination and appreciate the Management that has made it possible.” — nick C., 5 stars
“We just returned from a one week visit to the Boca Raton Hotel in Boca RatonFlorida. This was our second trip in the last 6 months. We have visited multiple times and our experience is always great. We stayed at the Yacht Club, one of the four main hotel properties on the premises. We love this location for a few reasons. Among others: the suites are large and beautifully appointed; this is the only hotel on the property that is adults only and dog friendly; breakfast is served every morning for Yacht Club guests at the Flybridge restaurant on the 8th floor. All of these contribute to what can only be described as a luxurious experience. High praise goes to everyone at the Yacht Club reception area. Aaron Senturk, Milou and Shafeeq at the Front Desk provided excellent customer service. We did bring our small dog with us; they always provided treats for her. Flybridge restaurant is commanded by Carmen Halic. She is a fabulous manager/hostess and makes everyone feel like family. Colleen Fischer in the business center was very helpful with our business needs. We can’t wait to return again. Ron DiPietro” — Ron D., 5 stars
“We were so pleasantly surprised how wonderful this hotel was. We usually stay at similar type hotels every year for a girl’s getaway. This one was so delightful in so many ways. It is so beautiful, clean & upscale without being uptight. The staff was super amazing! Everyone worked together as a team to meet all your needs. Just so thoughtful in an environment that was well thought out. Even though there were many families with young children, everyone had their own designated spaces. Felt serene & relaxing at every one of the pools. The food was on point at the on-site places we dined at. Loved having access to the water taxi, grounds shuttle & house car to take you to the nearby areas. Also appreciated the cold water bottles at every turn! Would return to The Boca Raton in heartbeat!!” — Jeeplover117, 5 stars

"10 on a 5 scale ⚖️ This resort is absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable, and money well spent. The charm of this place is unmatched, and the Cloister rooms are pet friendly rooms, so the touches they included for our fur son were epic!! We walked into a beautiful Parisienne feeling room with a view of a garden wooden wallway (just such a sweet & tender view), and our sons doggy bowls and a dog bed (what a nice touch). The shower has duel heads, double vanity in the bathroom, well lit & clean mirrors, and a very roomy & comfortable sized room/suite for our small family. The room service was impeccable and so were the 2 restaurants we dined at (the Asian restaurant downstairs I'm the main lobby and the flamingo restaurant located just a small walk away through a romantic garden that leads into another beautiful tower with cathedral ceilings and grand staircase). Please please please of you are sitting around wondering of you should visit this resort, do not think any longer just book your stay right away! You will not regret it at all. Enjoy 🥂 We plan on visiting again soon!! So, hope to see you there!"

I have to say the staff made my trip the best trip. Allan R, who helped us check in, he was so kind. He helped with our requests as we checked in so late. He made that we were comfortable with our stay like a little angel watching over us. He really helped make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Allan."

The service in the pool and beach areas were very well accommodating with the ultimate goal of customer services. All areas are very well maintained, clean and organized. I do recommend to stay and enjoy —from the arrival to your check out."
