"10 on a 5 scale ⚖️ This resort is absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable, and money well spent. The charm of this place is unmatched, and the Cloister rooms are pet friendly rooms, so the touches they included for our fur son were epic!! We walked into a beautiful Parisienne feeling room with a view of a garden wooden wallway (just such a sweet & tender view), and our sons doggy bowls and a dog bed (what a nice touch). The shower has duel heads, double vanity in the bathroom, well lit & clean mirrors, and a very roomy & comfortable sized room/suite for our small family. The room service was impeccable and so were the 2 restaurants we dined at (the Asian restaurant downstairs I'm the main lobby and the flamingo restaurant located just a small walk away through a romantic garden that leads into another beautiful tower with cathedral ceilings and grand staircase). Please please please of you are sitting around wondering of you should visit this resort, do not think any longer just book your stay right away! You will not regret it at all. "A nice place to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful moment. The renovation was completed and it is welcoming your kids with a lazy river and surfing area. The service in the pool and beach areas were very well accommodating with the ultimate goal of customer services. All areas are very well maintained, clean and organized. I do recommend to stay and enjoy —from the arrival to your check out."
