"An Excellent Experience in Every Way My stay at Hotel Casa del Mar was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was exceptionally kind and professional, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The housekeeping service is impeccable — they come by several times a day to make sure everything stays spotless. The hotel’s restaurant serves excellent food and has great live music in the evenings, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The pool isn’t very large, but it’s very pleasant and offers great food and drink service as well. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the Santa Monica Pier and surrounding areas. I didn’t use the spa, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else — the service, cleanliness, restaurant, and location — was truly first-class. The only thing I would improve is the beach service. There aren’t many amenities available on the sand, and the umbrellas and chairs are set quite far from the water or close early in the day. It seems that the third-party operator managing the beach area is not providing the same level of quality and attention to detail that matches the hotel’s high standards. It would be great to see a more complete and better-aligned beach setup in the future. Overall, this is an amazing hotel that I would definitely stay at again. Highly recommended!"

"A beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location right by the Santa Monica Pier. I absolutely loved the style and interior design — very elegant, modern, and thoughtfully done. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The service was consistently very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with the pier, beach, and many attractions within easy walking distance. The hotel restaurant is on the higher-priced side. The food quality is good, though not outstanding, so expectations should be set accordingly. The fitness center is a bit small but sufficient for a short workout. Valet parking is the only option. The parking facility is located a bit further away, so retrieving the car can take some time, but the staff handled everything professionally. Overall, a highly recommended hotel thanks to its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and superb location."
